The Spear & Jackson Weed Puller is a manual weeding tool designed to remove weeds at the root without the need for chemical herbicides. This ergonomic solution allows gardeners, groundskeepers and landscaping professionals to maintain a comfortable standing position while tackling stubborn weeds, eliminating the back strain associated with bending or kneeling during prolonged weeding tasks. The tool features deep-reaching stainless steel jaws that close securely around weed roots, enabling complete extraction from the soil. A hand-operated sliding mechanism on the shaft provides quick release of pulled weeds without the need to touch them directly. The integral step plate allows additional downward force to be applied when working in compacted soil or dealing with particularly stubborn weeds, and conveniently folds flat for compact storage when not in use. Constructed with a nylon and fibreglass handle, this weed puller combines lightweight manoeuvrability with robust durability suitable for regular use.
