The Bosch EXPERT 3 Piece S473 Sanding Block Set is a premium hand sanding solution offering significantly longer service life than conventional sandpaper, making it a practical choice for carpenters, decorators, and finishing tradespeople. Conventional sanding sheets wear out quickly, clog with dust, and fail when working around curves and edges. The S473 addresses these shortcomings through Bosch’s Surface Structure technology — an advanced bonding and surface coating method that locks grit firmly to the foam backing, preventing grit loss even when sanding difficult shapes, edges, and corners. The flexible foam sponge moulds to uneven surfaces, distributing pressure evenly for a consistent, uniform finish. Clogging is minimised, and accumulated dust can simply be knocked off or washed away, extending the working life of each pad. The tear-resistant foam construction ensures durability throughout demanding use. This three-piece set includes medium, fine, and superfine grades, making it suitable for a complete sanding workflow — from initial surface preparation through to final finishing on wood and paint.
